Rebellion

Rebellion was commissioned by the BalletBoyz to form part of England on Fire, their large-scale work for Sadler's Wells main stage in November 2023.

They brought together multiple choreographers to create a part-gig part-dance show. The show took inspiration from the book England on Fire by Mat Osman & Stephen Ellcock.

Rebellion comments on English culture's obsession with aristocratic pomp and how rebellion and apathy sit alongside each other.
