ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Thick & Tight's Advisory Committee was set up in 2021 as part of our ongoing work to formalise and improve our company's structure and working practice.


 
 

The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to:

​

  • help us create the best possible working environment

​

  • bring more diverse experience and insight, both professionally and personally, to company decision-making

​

  • ensure that Daniel and Eleanor can be held accountable for their actions

​

​

  • allow for a safer and clearer grievance procedure

​

  • enable richer and more transparent dialogue so we can collectively grapple with the meaning and messages of the art we make as a company

​

  • support our negotiations with institutions we work with

​

​

There are 5 original members of the Committee, all wonderful people who we feel very lucky to have working alongside us:
